In January 2021, while most of the country was still locked indoors, we opened the doors of a small unit on Novers Hill and hoped for the best. The plan was simple: do proper work, charge a fair price, and treat people how we'd want to be treated.
Four years on, we've outgrown that original idea of being "just a little family garage" — but we haven't outgrown the values. Mitch and the team still handle every booking, every quote, every awkward phone call about a gearbox that's giving up the ghost. Nothing gets passed through a call centre. Nothing gets hidden behind jargon.
Most of our new customers come from a recommendation — a neighbour, a workmate, a mate down the pub. That's a responsibility, not just a marketing channel. Every car that goes out the workshop door is one we'd be happy to bump into at the traffic lights.
